Meet The Coaches…
Nigel Patterson – Head Coach
Nigel has been with the club on and off since 2014, and has steered the ship on several occasions as head coach inbetween personnel changes. Nigel has coached along side Olympic coach Hayley Baker and he hopes to pass that knowledge on to our swimmers. He is a level 2 coach and senior swim teacher at Carmarthen Leisure centre.
Andreea Vlasceanu – Lead Coach
Andreea has been with the club since 2018 and is a level 1 coach.
Jason Price – Lead Coach
Jason is one of our newest level 1 coaches with a background in athletics, competing for his country on numerous occasions, his knowledge is bonus with our land training programme.
Trystan Jones – Lead Coach
Trystan is another of our new level 1 coaches, he is also the treasurer so to pardon the pun ‘he keeps the ship alfoat’.
Dominic Boyle – Coach
With three children at the club he offered to help pool side and we haven’t let him go yet. He is also a avid masters swimmer.
